Announcement and Transition
Dear Clients, Colleagues, and Friends,
We’re here to announce that on December 31st, 2023, our esteemed colleague, John Baker, CPA, is retiring. After an illustrious career spanning 35 years, John has decided to embark on a well-deserved journey of relaxation, reflection, and new adventures.
John now passes the baton of experience and wisdom to his incoming successor.
We are excited to announce the seamless transition of John’s practice to Dieter Drews, JD of Prism Tax and Accounting Services, LLC. Dieter is the firm’s Founder and comes to us with a Juris Doctor in Federal Taxation and has extensive experience in accounting and investment management. He is also the Founder and CEO of Prism Capital Management, LLC where he manages investments for individuals, businesses (401k), non-profits, trusts, and estates.
We also welcome Dona Shimer, CPA, MAcct as an integral part of the tax and accounting team. Dona has over 25 years of tax accounting experience serving individuals, businesses of all types, trusts, and estates. Her seasoned experience and skills ensure a harmonious continuum of service for bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, and tax planning.
Kathy Crofoot will continue to oversee the operations as usual.
The office location and phone numbers remain the same.
